The Northeastern Shopper has been published since April 14, 1954, and is currently under the ownership of the Journal register Co., based in Yardley, PA.

The Northeastern Shopper is a weekly publication distributed on Sundays.  We publish two editions weekly, our North Edition and our South Edition.  Our North Edition has a circulation of 23,000 homes and covers all of Iosco County and parts of Alcona, Arenac and Ogemaw Counties.  Our South Edition has a circulation of 17,200 homes and covers Arenac County and parts of Bay County.

We have a 7 member sales team who provide an excellent advertising source for businesses and individuals, and includes display, online and preprint advertising.  Our distribution team is recognized throughout the company for their excellent delivery record.

Our office is located along Lake Huron and is a tourist playground for both summer and winter tourists.
